I am a big fan of fitness, weightlifting and crossfit. Here are some of my favorite resources and programs:

  1. Kris Gethin’s basic weight loss program. Great choice for beginners.
  2. Hatch squat cycle for stronger legs and heavier squats.
  3. Spencer Arnold’s competition WODs.
  4. Aerobic Capacity’s weekly workouts to improve cardio capacity.

I am currently doing the five days/week weightlifting program of Juggernaut Training Systems. It is doing wonders for me.
