- Hatch squat cycle for stronger legs and heavier squats.
- Spencer Arnold’s competition WODs.
- Aerobic Capacity’s weekly workouts to improve cardio capacity.
I am currently doing the five days/week weightlifting program of Juggernaut Training Systems. It is doing wonders for me.
